The aspects she likes most about her job are working in an industry that is dynamic 24/7, always necessitates change, and development, and demands her limitations. She is truly grateful that those details keep her career active.
Due to her position, Zeymarine only necessitates her to work with the management team, thus, bureaucratic preparations as disposing of both domestic and international official documents are prepared by her. She enjoys being able to manage the relevant processes.
In answering the question of the biggest challenge in the industry in the near future, she states, in light of worldwide financial troubles that followed the pandemic, the search for containers has grown more difficult, and as a result, the sector’s cash flow will get more complicated in the near future, despite the fact that the maritime sector is rapidly reforming.
She reminds us that the maritime sector is always open to development and change, but at one point it is a young branch in terms of technology (for an agency). She predicts that unless humans and software developers make a breakthrough in this evolution, we might see operators locked inside excels in the near future.
For the newcomers to the industry, she also has some suggestions. As she mentioned above, if they are open to development and innovation, they can always climb the ladder of success. Of course, provided they start under the optimal management like Zeymarine; otherwise, it will not be a sector where they can reach “rapid success in a short period”.
What they say, “No Pain No Gain”…
She believes there are more stairs ahead of her as an employee in her 20s. She is in a phase where she is investing in herself to grow in many areas, such as going overseas, reading books, and following print media to complete her evolution, and she encourages this to her colleagues in many industries, not only the shipping industry in her age group.
Since Zeymarine requires her to cooperate with the management team only due to her position, she likes the bureaucratic preparations. In fact, she prepares both domestic and international official documents, and she also likes managing the relevant processes.
