For her, future career prospects may be impacted by technological integration in maritime shipping. ‘Our industry is growing yet the number of our colleagues is logarithmically rising.’ she says. According to her, unemployment might emerge since advances in technology and innovation may make labour shortages superfluous.
‘Keep in mind that the maritime industry is already big yet a constantly growing sector,’ she says to newbies. ‘Always strive to better yourself and your knowledge. Never put off picking up new knowledge.’
Her greatest joy is travel in all its forms. She enjoys using the maps to look up unfamiliar locations and learned to the core. She can describe every road and route like a local or even like a Lonely Travel writer.
During her high school internship, she worked for a marine company and got to know the industry. She studied in the university’s maritime department and thoroughly enjoyed it. As she embraced the marine industry, her love got big.
